Privacy Policy

The apps store their content on your device. They do not send your menu, guest information, routine names or scores to a service operated by us. Purchases and restoration communicate with Apple through StoreKit.

Which apps this covers

Platforms and local storage

This policy covers the iPhone, iPad and Apple TV versions of the apps listed above. Each device stores its own content and settings; the apps do not offer content synchronization or remote control of another device.

What is stored, and where

The apps save preferences and content locally. We do not operate a server that receives this content, and the apps do not provide an account or cloud synchronization service.

AppWhat it keeps on your device
Menu BoardYour item names, prices, layout, and currency symbol
GuestlightThe details you enter for guests, including the Wi-Fi name; the password you choose to display is stored separately in the device Keychain
Stage TimerTalk length and warning thresholds
Picture TimerRoutine names and durations
Couch ScoreboardPlayer names and colors

You can change or remove entered information in the app's setup screen. Removing the app removes its ordinary local app data. The system Keychain is separate from that data and an item may remain after uninstalling an app.

In Guestlight, clear the Wi-Fi password field in setup before uninstalling if you want to remove the saved password. The app also requests removal of an orphaned password when it starts without matching saved guest content.

No analytics, no tracking, no accounts

Purchases

Each app offers one optional in‑app purchase. Payment and restoration are handled by Apple through the App Store. The app checks the purchase entitlement on the device and saves a local unlock flag. We do not receive your payment-card details through the app. Apple processes App Store purchases under its own privacy terms.

Picture Timer

Picture Timer is a visual routine timer. It does not request an age, account, contact details or advertising identifier, and does not use advertising or analytics services.

Changes

If the apps change how they handle information, this policy and the App Store privacy details will be updated to describe those practices.

Opening support and privacy links

When you open a website link from the iPhone or iPad app, your browser contacts that website. On Apple TV, scanning a displayed website code opens the page on the device used to scan it.
